资源简介:
This study found that the difference in fat deposition amount in the breast muscle of Jingyuan chicken at the growing period (42 days old), sexual maturity (126 days old), and marketing age (180 days old) may be related to the regulation of adipocytes by m6A methylation modifications. Therefore, we analyzed and compared the m6A methylation patterns during the development of breast muscle in the Jingyuan chicken and further explored the functions of m6A-modified genes and their potential mechanisms for regulating IMF deposition. The results provide a solid basis for determining the potential function of m6A modification in chicken muscle IMF deposition.
