Sequencing and differential analysis of muscle transcriptome in different parts of Kazakh horse

Kazakma is an excellent local breed in China, which has early maturity, coarse feeding resistance and strong stress resistance. The growth and development of skeletal muscle, the most abundant tissue in mammals, accounts for about 40 percent of individual weight, directly affects its meat output and quality. Current research shows that the gene expression pattern of different parts of Kazakh horse muscle tissue is less researched, so this experiment sequenced the transcriptome of different parts of Kazakh horse muscle tissue.
