Whole genome sequencing of Aneurinibacillus tyrosinisolvens LL-002. Aneurinibacillus tyrosinisolvens

We have isolated Aneurinibacillus tyrosinisolvens LL-002 from organics- and methane-rich seafloor sediment in Kagoshima Bay, Kagoshima Japan. This strain shows high tyrosine-decomposing activity and some antimicrobial activity. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of Aneurinibacillus tyrosinisolvens LL-002, and compare the sequences to those of related species.
