We knock down HOXB-AS3 with shRNA in OCI/AML3 cell line to investigate the downstream pathways of HOXB-AS3 in the cell proliferation. We establish four stable cells lines from OCI/AML3. Two are infected with two different shRNAs to knock down HOXB-AS3, and the other two are infected with control shRNA. We compare the differential gene expressions of the cell lines with shHOXB-AS3 with those of the control cell lines.
