Amplicon sequencing of rhizosphere bacteria in desert plants Genome sequencing and assembly

his project employs 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing technology to investigate the composition and diversity of rhizosphere bacterial in desert plants located in northwest China. Additionally, it aims to identify plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria possessing various growth-promoting functions. Subsequently, the growth-promoting efficacy of these bacteria will be validated through pot experiments.
