Gen Z online shopping frequency in the U.S. 2023

In the first quarter of 2023, about 96 percent of surveyed Gen Z consumers in the United States reported shopping online at least once a month. Additionally, roughly one-third (32 percent) of respondents revealed they went bought over the internet once a day or more.
