Data for: IRMA: thermal neutron scattering data and instrument spectra from first principles and machine-learned potentials

Figure data, generated ENDF-6 thermal scattering evaluations with their IRMA input decks, and NCrystal material-data files for the article "IRMA: thermal neutron scattering data and instrument spectra from first principles and machine-learned potentials" (submitted to npj Computational Materials). Layout and per-file provenance are documented in README.md and the per-folder README files inside the archives; SHA256SUMS covers every file. The VENUS transmission measurements are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request.
