Analysis of ASV abundance of all identified bacterial types in the control treatment.

ANOVA (S1 File -> anova_ocs.txt) ad Kruskal-Wallis (S1 File -> kw_ocs.txt) tests were performed for the control treatment to find bacterial types that significantly differed in ASV counts across time points. The list of significantly changing bacterial types was included (S1 File -> control_sig.csv) as well as summary statistics (average and standard deviation of abundance) of significantly changing bacteria categorized by their phyla classifications (S1 File -> control_significant_taxa_stats.csv).
