Rattus norvegicus pineal gland between day and night Raw sequence reads

This study explored the diurnal expression of circRNAs and miRNAs in the rat pineal gland by RNA-seq. The circRNA and miRNA sequencing results were used to analyze, predict and construct possible ceRNA interaction networks. And it was also used to investigate the new regulatory mechanism of melatonin secretion with circRNAs. These results will may identify new functions and roles of circRNAs in the pineal gland and provide ideas for further research on the mechanisms of ncRNAs in this tissue.
