Gene expression changes in Mettl3ed/ed mouse uterus compared to Mettl3f/f mouse uterus on gestational day 4

We specifically deleted Mettl3 in the epithelium of mouse uterus using the Ltf-Cre driver. To portray the molecular mechanism for Mettl3 function in uterine epithelium, uterine tissues were collected from Mettl3f/f and Mettl3ed/ed mice on gestational day 4 and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.
