A predictive feature table for the impacts of hurricane-induced power outages in the U.S. Southeast and Gulf Coast regions, constructed entirely from public sources. Each row pairs a landfalling hurricane with a single county, and contains features including the county's storm exposure, proximity to the storm, and the observed peak number of customers affected by power outages. The table has 27,216 rows, corresponding to 28 storms and 972 counties, with columns covering storm ID, county FIPS code, distance, attenuated wind speed, storm speed, population, peak storm intensity, and peak number of affected power customers, among other relevant features. This dataset covers landfalling hurricanes in the U.S. Southeast and Gulf Coast from 2014 (when the EAGLE-I dataset was initiated) to 2025. Its data sources include NOAA HURDAT2, ORNL EAGLE-I, and the U.S. Census Bureau, and it is developed for predicting the impacts of hurricanes on power outages.
