资源简介:
The 2x2 model of perfectionism (Gaudreau & Thompson, 2010) will be used for the first time to examine the interactive effects of perfectionism and differences between perfectionism subtypes in predicting orthorexia in exercisers. In doing so, we will provide a cross-sectional (Part 1) and longitudinal test (Part 2) of interactions between perfectionism dimensions in predicting orthorexia. Two samples of exercisers will complete measures of self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism and orthorexia on either one occasion (Part 1) or two occasions (Part 2). The 2x2 model will be tested using moderated regression and simple slopes analyses. In addition, the Johnson-Neyman technique will be used to identify any perfectionistic tipping points. The findings will further our understanding of the relationship between perfectionism and orthorexia methodologically and conceptually. unknown other
