Long-Term Trends of Ionospheric Day-to-Day Variability during the Past Century

The data files for peer review of a potential published paper. 'fof2_d2d_var_all.mat' and 'fof2_ConstMag_d2d_var_all.mat' include day-to-day variability of foF2 from 1920s to 2010s, driven by varied and fixed geomagnetic fields, respectively. Both cases include the changes in greenhouse gases. 'fof2_ConstMag60Hrly_d2dv_1960s.mat' and 'fof2_ConstMag60Hrly_d2dv_2010s.mat' include the day-to-day variability of foF2 for different universal times in 1960s and 2010s, respectively. Both cases are run under unvaried geomagnetic fields in 1960s and only consider the changes in greenhouse gases. 'fof2_Hrly_d2dv_1960s.mat' and 'fof2_Hrly_d2dv_2010s.mat' include the geomagnetic variations. 'Diff_d2d_SE2.mat' and 'Diff_d2d_SE2.mat' provide the changes of day-to-day variability in SE2 and DE3 tidal amplitudes between 1960s and 2010s. 'Trend_tidal_variability.mat' contains the changes of SE2 and DE3 tides from 1920s to 2010s.
