This project has been carried out with the top two heat tolerance weedy rice accession collected from screening results. A total of two HT and two HS along with two control rice assessions (cultivars and wild) were selected for RNA extraction and transcriptomics sequencing. The differential gene expression analysis was conducted and pathway enrichment analysis was perfumed with significantly expressed genes between HT and HS groups.The main outcomes and conclusion of this study are summarised in the following points:4) Heat stress treatment.5) Transcriptomics sequencing and Differential gene expression analysis.6) Pathway enrichment analysis.7) Gene validation using RT-qPCR.
