This series contains the personal history cards of the staff employed by Sydney County Council (1935-1991). The staff cards were updated past the abolishment of the Council into its successors: Sydney Electric (1991-1996), MetNorth Energy (1995-1996) EnergyAustralia (1996-2011) and Ausgrid (2011-2016) and includes staff from the predecessor agency the Electricity Department, Municipal Council of Sydney.These cards are in alphabetical order by employee surname and contain the following information: full name, date of birth, employee reference number. These cards also record day, month and year date; position; station; rate of pay and remarks - such as appointment, passing of examinations, award variations and resignation.
