This data contains measurements of HIV-1-GFP reverse transcription in THP-1 cells. DNA was isolated from cells 24 h after infection and levels of early (minus-strand strong stop), intermediate (first-strand transfer), and late (second-strand transfer) reverse transcripts were determined by qPCR.
