These data and R scripts were used to carry out the analyses in Chapters 3 & 4 of the thesis "The development and impacts of coral-built structure". These analyses were conducted using R software. Data are provided in various formats (.ply, .csv, .xlsx, .RDS, .shp, etc.) and thus might require specialized software to load (e.g. R, Excel, 3D mesh editing software, or GIS software). More information can be found in the ReadMe files within each folder. The data files are embargoed until 2029.
