Supplementary data 1 - Whole genome phylogeny.zip

Supplementary dataset 1 of the associated manuscript. Contains the whole-genome alignment of a selection of 36 <i>Wolbachia </i>strains from Supergroup B, as well as a newick-formatted phylogenetic tree as shown in Figure 1 of the associated manuscript. This dataset includes two strains found within <i>Anopheles demeilloni</i> and <i>moucheti</i>. Full details of how the alignment and trees were generated are included in the associated manuscript.<br>
