Processed inputs and per-run results for the single-cell cell-type annotation benchmark

Companion data for Wardhana O, Zeng Z, Lu X. Reference dataset structure outweighs method choice in single-cell cell-type annotation. The deposit holds the benchmarked input objects, the per-run result tables of every phase of the benchmark, and the profiling, scenario-mapping and figure tables built from them. With the code at https://github.com/owardhana/scRNA-Annotation-Benchmarking-Runbook, the numbers, tables and figures in the article can be reproduced from those files.
