Whole genome sequencing of Cryptosporidium bovis

Cryptosporidium bovis is one of the four prevalent Cryptosporidium species in cattle. To comprehensively explore the population structure and evolution of C. bovis, we sequenced eight genomes of C. bovis representing different gp60 subtypes collected from a cohort of dairy cattle followed longitudinally.
