SLiMIA (Spheroid Light Microscope Image Atlas) provides light microscopy images (and manual segmentations/ground truths) of spheroids from 50 cell lines, 9 culture media, 4 formation methods and multiple seeding densities. This folder contains specifically the images obtained with an Axiovert 200 light microscope.
