Study of the impact of the carbon source (various mixture of glucose and lactose) on the cellulase production. Overall design: T. reseei RUT-C30 (ATCC 56765) was cultivated on various mixtures of glucose and lactose were used for the cellulase production phase in fed-batch mode (after an initial growth phase on glucose in batch mode). RNA extraction was performed 24 h and 48 h after analysis was carried out thanks to RNAseq experiments. two to six biological replicates were used
