The link of carbohydrate degrading enzymes to GVHD

Microbiome alters the occurrence/severity of colonic GVHD. Especially harboring mucus degrading bacteria may lead the bacterial translocation. Here we evaluated whether the antimicrobial exposures alters colonic GVHD incidence and bacterial mucus degrading function.
