This dataset contains the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and enriched KEGG pathways identified from single-cell RNA-seq analyses of short-term (STM, 4 weeks) and long-term (LTM, 28 weeks) transmembrane TNFα (tmTNFα) expression models in mouse brain endothelial cells. The data include cell type–specific DEG lists and KEGG enrichment results for astrocytes, neurons, endothelial cells, and other brain cell types, providing insights into temporal and cell type–specific transcriptional changes associated with TNFR2 signaling in schizophrenia-relevant behaviors.
