Co-induction of both ISH1 and ISH2 produces stem-like greening organs in the Arabidopsis root. To elucidate the target genes regulated by ISH1 and ISH2, individual ISH1 or ISH2, or both ISH1 and ISH2 were chemically induced under LexA operator in the Arabidopsis Col-0. Gene expressions were compared among the samples to investigate the regulated genes in ISH1- and ISH2- induced plants. In the citation, the ISH1 and ISH2 correspond to ATHB25 (Ag5g65410) and REM7 (At3g18960), respectively. Control, ISH1-ind, ISH2-ind and ISH1&2-ind plants were generated. Each seedling was treated with/or without an estradiol and the root samples were harvested. A total of 24 samples (4 types of plants x 2 w/o treatments x 3 biological triplicates) were analyzed by Agilent-021169 Arabidopsis 4 Oligo Microarray (V4).
