YtqA Family SSN

Sequence similarity network of the YtqA/YhcC family. YtqA/YhcC SSN overview generated using InterPro HMM signature identifier IPR005911 (EFI-EST; AS100, repnode 55). Different types of data were mapped to the subset of nodes (black outlines) present in the benchmark genomes (968 representative genomes that encode MnmAGE proteins): 1) Presence/ absence data of MnmC1, MnmC2 and MnmC1/C2 fusions (Supplemental data S3); 2) YtqA/MnmC2 fusions data (Supplemental data S3); 3) physical clustering data (Supplemental data S5). Dark blue nodes were found to be without Gene Cluster data in KEGG. For complete mapping, see Supplemental Data S8.
