Data for: Phylogeny, classification, and evolutionary history of Neogastropoda

The present repository contains digital supplementary files for the manuscirpt Phylogeny, classification, and evolutionary history of Neogastropoda. The repository contains: Supplementary_table1_Neogastropoda_677_spms_dataset.xlsx - Summary data of the specimens used for phylogenetics. FigS1 - FigS3 - Electronic supplementary figures 1-3, cited in the manuscript. Supplementary Data files, organized in 6 collections: SData1 - Phylogenetic trees in newick format; SData2 - Metrics of our phylogenetic loci calculated by GeneSorterR; SData3 - Concatenated hylogenetic matrices in fasta format; SData4 - Data and a python script used to a-posteriori assess placement of Pseudoliva sepimenta in our tree. SData5 - Exchangeability and site profiles of our phylogenetic matrix NEO_GSR900 used for tree reconstruction under PMSF models. SData6 - Data and script used for time-calibration of our phylogeny (including two output dated trees).
