Untargeted Metabolomics of SPP1-Treated 3T3-L1 Adipocytes (Raw mzML Files)

This dataset contains raw LC-MS/MS files (.mzML format) derived from differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes treated with recombinant osteopontin (SPP1) at two concentrations: low dose (100 ng/mL, SL) and high dose (500 ng/mL, SH). Vehicle-treated cells (N) served as the control group. Samples were analyzed using untargeted LC-MS-based metabolomics in positive ion mode. Raw data were acquired using an LC-MS system and subsequently converted to .mzML format using MSConvert. Experimental groups and sample identifiers: N (vehicle-treated control): N1, N2, N3 SL (SPP1, 100 ng/mL): SL1, SL2, SL3 SH (SPP1, 500 ng/mL): SH1, SH2, SH3 These data were generated to investigate the dose-dependent metabolic impact of SPP1 on adipocyte function.The dataset is currently under embargo and will be made publicly available upon acceptance or publication of the associated manuscript.
