Mineral UV filters and their effects on Pocillopora damicornis metabolome

Mass spectra data (UHPLC-ESI+-Orbitrap-HRMS) were obtained and interpreted in the publication "Mineral UV filters and their effects on the Pocillopora damicornis metabolome". This repository contains raw MS and MS/MS data for each coral sample extracted after mineral UV filters treatment. Raw data file names follow the format: treatment_dose_replicate.
