Scaffolds

The Scaffolds.zip file is a compressed zip file containing a directory with the scaffolds corresponding to the microsatellite loci. The Scaffolds directory contains the sequence of the scaffolds that had microsatellites identified on them. The files are bz2 compressed zip files. The unzipped file is a fasta file with all of the scaffolds corresponding to the loci in the LocusInfo directory.Scaffolds.zip 为压缩 ZIP 归档文件，内含一个目录，该目录存储与微卫星位点（microsatellite loci）对应的支架序列（scaffold）。 Scaffolds 目录内含已在其上鉴定出微卫星的支架序列。该目录下的所有文件均为采用 bz2 压缩的归档文件。解压后得到的文件为 FASTA 格式文件，包含 LocusInfo 目录中所有位点对应的全部支架序列。
