资源简介:
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of a novel topical combination (Panthenol, Bisabolol, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate; PBSG) and the efficacy of a cream containing it (Mompick Multi-Effect Essence Cream, MMEE) in atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: In vitro assays were conducted to investigate the impact of PBSG on key AD-related signaling mechanisms, encompassing Th2-mediated inflammation, JAK/STAT phosphorylation, TRP channel activity, and the expression of skin barrier proteins. A randomized, double-blind trial enrolled 101 children with mild-to-moderate AD, assigned MMEE cream (N=52) or placebo (N=49) twice daily for 4 weeks. IGA and VAS scores were evaluated. Results: PBSG significantly downregulated IL-4, IL-13, IL-31, IL-33, and TSLP, suppressed the expression of TRPA1/V1/V3, and inhibited JAK/STAT phosphorylation. In a 3D epidermal model, it elevated LOR, K10, and Occludin and thickened the stratum corneum. Clinically, MMEE significantly reduced VAS and IGA scores vs. placebo (P<0.05). Conclusion: MMEE cream demonstrates anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and barrier-repairing effects, supporting its role as an adjunctive therapy for pediatric AD.
