资源简介:
The cadmium contamination in the paddy soil results in serious environmental pollutions and has gradually attained more attentions mainly referred to the applications of additives such as functional microorganisms and biochars. However, how these exogenous additives affect the local microbial communities is less discussed. In this study, Pseudomonas sp. MBR and oil palm fibers derived biochar were added to the simulated Cd-contaminated paddy soil to investigate the roles of these additives in the soil remediation and regulating local microbial community. The results showed that both additives not only decreased the cadmium availability but also kept the stability of microbial community in terms of microbial diversities, variations and interactions. Consequently, the two additives are potential agents for paddy soil cadmium remediation.
