De-identified Matched-Cohort Data on Birdwatching-Linked Pelvic Floor Exercise

This repository provides the de-identified dataset underlying a matched-cohort analysis of an outdoor pelvic floor exercise program. Participants selected either routine walking with pelvic floor exercises or a program in which bird observation served as a cue for performing the exercises. The deposited data cover participant characteristics, exercise completion, motivational scores, urinary outcomes, pelvic floor function, and walking-related clinical factors. The analysis-ready cohort consists of 72 participants forming 36 propensity score–matched pairs. Direct personal identifiers and unpublished clinical narratives are not included.
