资源简介:
This survey was conducted from July to September 2021 as part of the project titled "Development and Application of the 'K-Better Digital Inclusiveness Indicator' for South Korea's Central Asian ODA Strategy in the Post-COVID Era," funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (Project No. 2021-07). The survey took place in Almaty city and its surrounding areas, encompassing both urban and rural regions of the Almaty metropolitan area, Kazakhstan. Data collection was carried out through in-person interviews with a randomized sample of 300 respondents, equally divided between urban residents of Almaty (50%) and individuals from rural areas in the region (50%). The primary aim of the survey was to investigate the following research questions: 1) Which demographic groups frequently utilize public digital services? 2) Who reports satisfaction with these services? 3) Who expresses trust in these digital services and the information they provide? and 4) What respondents expect as the role of the government in providing digital services.
