Organics are one the rise as water eutrophiccation and blooms intensify. Studying how blooming species adapt to this ''new'' environment will allow us to better control these nuiance populations. So we studied the growth of M. aseruginosa NIES-843 in simulated ''organic'' eutrophoic environment by supplying organics to MA medium. Transcriptomes were analyzed to reveal physiological response to this condition.
