through a two-year field experiment in a subtropical bamboo forest, we explored the responses of soil physicochemical and microbial properties to pyrogenic and fresh organic matter amendments and how this two types of exogenous C biochar regulated the dynamic changes in soil heterotrophic respiration, temperature, moisture, WSOC, MBC, invertase, β-glucosidas, RubisCO enzyme, cellobiohydrolase, GH48 gene, cbhI gene and cbbl gene.
