This dataset comprises two single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) samples, CHSP and Control, derived from murine left ventricular tissue following myocardial reperfusion. The CHSP sample was obtained from mice treated with CHSP nanoparticles, while the Control sample was collected from mice administered saline. The study aims to investigate the effects of CHSP treatment on the cellular landscape and molecular pathways in the injured myocardium. By comparing these samples, we seek to elucidate how CHSP nanoparticles modulate cell populations, alter gene expression profiles, and influence key signaling pathways involved in cardiac repair. Single-cell resolution enables a comprehensive characterization of cellular heterogeneity and the dynamic transcriptional changes induced by CHSP treatment. This dataset provides valuable insights into the therapeutic potential of CHSP nanoparticles in myocardial injury and serves as a resource for further studies on cardiac immune responses and tissue remodeling.
