Route map of the Regional Road Network of Interest (RRIR) of the Hauts-de-France Region (last update January 2020) A provision created by the NOTRe Act, the RRIR is composed of roads that constitute routes of regional interest to ensure the coherence, efficiency of the road network and the safety of users within the enlarged region.
