The Chagas Stat-Pak was used as the primary screening tool for <i>Trypanosoma cruzi</i> in coyotes, and only coyotes positive on the Stat-Pak were tested with the InBios ICT or IFA at Texas A&M University. Coyotes were considered positive if they were positive on 2 or more tests. The Modified Agglutination Test (MAT) was used for <i>Toxoplasma gondii</i> serology testing.
