# cholinergic neuron activity in Drosophila central brainThis dataset provides three things:* data file: voxel-level time series calcium activity in Drosophila central brain* mask file: 3d volume that provides spatial information of the voxel* Example Python code: example showing how to load this dataset## Description of the data and file structure### data file`chat_motioncorrected_voxel.npy`* data matrix shaped in (2400, 2120420). Each row of data is the intensity of the calcium imaging signal for each voxel in the central brain at the same time. the sample frequency is 20Hz.### mask file`brain_voxel_mask.npy`* volume matrix shaped in (314, 147, 87) with 0 or 1 value. It was used to restore the voxel in the data file to three-dimensional coordinates.### example Python code`basic_usage.py`* Example code showing how to load the data and convert the 2D matrix to a 4D matrix.
