RNA-seq under NaHCO3 stress in maize

For transcriptome sequencing, the alkali-tolerant maize variety Liangyu 99 and the alkali-sensitive variety Kenyu 90 were subjected to stress via an 80 mM NaHCO3 solution. Sampling was conducted at 0 h (CK), 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h, with reference to previous studies, while the sampling frequency was increased. Leaves from maize seedlings at the specified time points were collected, with three biological replicates per treatment.
