A comparative alalysis of the gene expressions between young and senescent TIG-3 cells was performed to identify key genes regulating cellular senescence. Overall design: TIG-3 cells at 41 PDL and 77 PDL were used as young and senescent cells, respectively. Total RNAs from these cells were purificated using ISOGEN II. Microarray analysis of mRNA expression levels was performed using 3D-Gene human oligo chip 25k V2.1.
