Mimulus laciniatus Genomic Resources. Erythranthe laciniata

The cut-leaf monkeyflower, Mimulus laciniatus (syn. Erythranthe laciniata), is an annual, herbaceous wildflower endemic to slow-draining, snow-fed seeps from ~900 - 3300m in the western Sierra Nevada. It reproduces largely by selfing, is distinguished by its very lobed leaves, and is on the California Native Plant Society watch list of endemic plants of limited distribution.. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
