3D particle-in-cell simulations of negative and positive streamers in C4F7N-CO2 mixtures

The dataset contains the data for obtaining the results presented in the article "3D particle-in-cell simulations of negative and positive streamers in C4F7N-CO2 mixtures". It includes (1) the PIC/MCC source code; (2) transport data files as input; (3) configuration files for simulation execution; and (4) output log files (which contain information about the physics and numerical properties of the simulations).
