Transcriptome analysis of tall and dwarf sesame varieties

The transcriptome dynamics of sesame varieties, Zhongzhi13 and ZZM2748, were performed at five time points of plant height development. Totally, 30 stem tip samples (2 varieties, 5 stages, 3 biological replicates) were used for transcriptome sequencing.
