Shoaling behavior and body sizes of alarm cue-exposed and control Pimephales promelas

This data originates from a laboratory study on Pimephales promelas. In a split-clutch design, fish were raised under different levels of perceived predation risk (alarm cues or distilled water). The shoaling and body size data contained in this document was obtained during shoaling assays at 39 days age. Column headings contain both the variable name and the unit (after the last dot) where applicable. Detailed information on how this data was obtained is contained in the corresponding manuscript.
