Corticomuscular coherence in perceptual decision making

# Experiment description
The experiment was ran with a vBOT robot and involved participants watching a random dot motion stimulus and moving to one of 2 targets to indicate their decision about the direction of the stimulus. Each participant performed 1174 trials divided over 6 blocks. 32-channel EEG activity was recorded simultaneously with the EMG activity of 2 muscles: the biceps and the triceps (channel 33-40). A participant log containing individual participant notes from the experimenter can be found under the name Participant_log.

# Files to be found in this directory
This directory contains a folder for each participant which holds the data from the robotic manipulandum (.DAT files) and the electrophysiological data (.eeg) files containing both the EEG and EMG activity. The .vhdr and .vmrk files are support-files for reading the electrophysiological data using (e.g.) Fieldtrip. The .CFG files indicate the parameters used in the robotcode (though this is the same for each participant). There is also a folder named Experiment scripts, which holds the C++ script for running the experiment, as well as the .cfg file. Lastly, there is a folder called Data reading, which holds the MATLAB scripts used to load the robot data, the layout file for the EEG data and a file containing the bad channels noted during data collection.
