Mouse ES cell line transcriptome changes upon ETAA1 overexpression and/or Dux KD

To understand whether ETAA1 mediated ATR activation could result in global transcriptional alterations similar to that of 2C-like cells, we performed whole transcriptional profiling on three mouse ESC lines, namely E14, R1 and MC1 upon ETAA1 overexpression or Dux KD+ETAA1 overexpression. For comparison we also did whole transcriptome profiling of the three cell lines without any treatment.
