One typo error for theta 1 at 982°C and 140 MPa where 6.9 must be 1.9. The other is for 1038°C 50 MPa theta4. In the paper it is written e^-11 while it actually should have been e^-10. Paper_Figure_5.m more decimal values are provided for the coefficients a, b, c and d that are used to rebuild the theta values.
