Frugal HAS: eDNA and water quality dataset

Water quality and eDNA data sets from the recirculating system, sedimentation tanks, anaerobic system, biofilter, and hydroponic system in a Frugal Hybrid Aquaponics System (HAS). eDNA_Full_Data: This data shows the identification of bacteria in the Fruga hybrid aquaponics system. 1S: recirculation system; 2R: coarse solids sedimentation tank; 3N: light solids sedimentation tank; 4G: anaerobic biodigester; 5V: aerobic biofilter; 6A: hydroponics flow system. WQ: contains water quality analyses from the HAS 1S, 5V, and 6A basins over a period of 331 days. Fasta_HAS.txr: Environmental 16S rRNA V4 representative OTU sequences from freshwater eDNA samples collected in Aquaponic System (HAS) Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. The FASTA file includes bacterial and archaeal sequences generated by Illumina MiSeq metabarcoding using 515F/806R primers.
